Archive import support for file names and award translations

Improvements

  • Approved local archive imports now include competitions through 2017-010.
  • Verified Turkish character and punctuation differences in source file names are handled with explicit mappings.
  • Special award texts are stored with separate Turkish and English values.
  • Location fields containing only whitespace are treated as empty values.
  • Single-winner ranked awards appear side by side in three desktop columns.
  • Honourable mention and exhibition photos use a shared card layout under their award headings.
  • The layout adapts to two columns on tablets and one on mobile.
  • Photos are shown without cropping and winner search correctly filters the cards.
  • Controlled local import coverage now includes all 2017 competitions in the source archive.
  • Distinct Turkish and English posters retain their language-specific references.
  • Files verified absent from the delivery are recorded in an explicit missing-file list while competition data is retained.
  • File name mappings and year boundary checks have been extended.
  • Controlled local import coverage now includes the 2018 Almanac year.
  • Files are retained in their Almanac year, competition and category folders.
  • A verified duplicate source competition is prevented from being imported twice.
  • Source file name spelling and URL encoding differences are resolved through explicit mappings.
  • Controlled local import coverage now includes the 2019 Almanac year.
  • Verified posters from a shared source folder are preserved in their respective competition folders.
  • Poster source paths and file integrity are tracked in the import report.
  • Verified duplicate organisers reuse existing identities; URL conflicts are rejected during preview.
  • Controlled local import coverage includes competitions from 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
  • Files are preserved in year, competition and relevant category folders.
  • GIF source images are supported with original files and previews.
  • Verified duplicate organisers reuse existing identities and retain their translations.
  • Reviewed links with missing source person records are reported with explicit warnings.
  • A verified competition URL collision is resolved using the competition code.
  • Import results and manual review checklists are reported separately for each year.
  • Empty English competition titles and descriptions are filled from available Turkish content.
  • Existing English content and competition URLs are preserved.
  • All imported competitions were checked and yearly review notes updated.
  • Removed initial avatars from category jury lists.
  • Names and titles appear in compact, fully clickable profile rows.
  • Primary and alternate juries share the same layout with member counts.
  • Improved the mobile layout and keyboard focus indicator.
  • Empty ceremony dates and dates from 1970 are treated as unspecified.
  • Valid award ceremony dates are preserved.
  • Unspecified ceremony dates are not reported as import errors or missing information requiring manual completion.
  • Missing jury and representative records are restored with their relationships using exact UUID matches in the local competition archive.
  • The original first and last names of source representatives are preserved.
  • The supplementary source remains traceable and repeat imports do not duplicate existing records.
  • Eight newly recovered posters verified against competition details are added to the local archive.
  • The original PDF poster is preserved alongside an image preview for the web.
  • Existing posters are retained and alternative files are stored in their year and competition folders.
  • Forty-five recovered posters are added to the TR/EN poster fields of verified competitions.
  • Poster recovery uses a shared, year-specific and repeatable local script.
  • A misnamed poster is assigned to its verified competition while original files are preserved.
  • Archive imports organize photos by Almanac year, competition and category.
  • EYS artwork uploads use the same folder structure for competitions with an assigned year.
  • Added controlled relocation into year folders while retaining support for legacy file paths.
  • Dates stored as 1970 in the source archive are treated as missing dates.

New features

  • Featured award presentation preferences are retained from the archive.
  • Corrected the accessible label of the photo preview close button.
